With Mr. Chawarong Limpattamapanee Chairman of the National Press Council Opening the seminar and described the responsibilities of the Press Council There is an ethics committee. and various sub-committees Participated in laying down strategic work guidelines, such as Ms. Suphinya Klangnarong, former NBTC committee member, founder of Co-Fact, Ms. Korkhet Chanlertlak. Director of the news agency Thai PBS television station, etc.

Which has professors from the College of Communication Arts Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Participate as a representative of academics on the Ethics Committee. and the subcommittee consisting of Assoc. Prof. Surasit Vitayarat in the Ethics Committee and Asst. Prof.Prakaikavin Srijinda,Ph.D.  Subcommittee for International Affairs on 20 - 21 April 2024 at Rimkhobfa Herbal Resort, Muang Ancient Samut Prakan

รองศาสตราจารย์ สุรสิทธิ์ วิทยารัฐ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาการสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาและงานข่าว วิทยาลัยนิเทศศาสตร์ ในฐานะคณะกรรมการจริยธรรม ของสภาการสื่อมวลชนแห่งชาติ ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมสัมมนาวางแนวทางการทำงาน ของสภาการสื่อมวลชนฯ สมัยที่ 2

โดยมี นายชวรงค์ ลิมป์ปัทมปาณี ประธานสภาการสื่อมวลชนแห่งชาติ กล่าวเปิดการสัมมนา และบรรยายภาระหน้าที่ของสภาการสื่อมวลชนฯ มีคณะกรรมการจริยธรรม และคณะอนุกรรมการฝ่ายต่างๆ เข้าร่วมวางแนวทางการทำงานเชิงกลยุทธ์ อาทิ คุณสุภิญญา กลางณรงค์ อดีตกรรมการ กสทช. ผู้ก่อตั้ง Co-Fact คุณก่อเขต จันทเลิศลักษณ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักข่าว สถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยพีบีเอส ฯลฯ

ซึ่งมีอาจารย์วิทยาลัยนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา เข้าร่วมในฐานะตัวแทนนักวิชาการที่เป็นคณะกรรมการจริยธรรม และคณะอนุกรรมการ ประกอบด้วย รศ.สุรสิทธิ์  วิทยารัฐ ในคณะกรรมการจริยธรรม และ ผศ.ดร.ประกายกาวิล ศรีจินดา คณะอนุกรรมการฝ่ายกิจการระหว่างประเทศ เมื่อวันที่ 20 - 21 เมษายน 2567 ณ ริมขอบฟ้า เฮอร์บัล รีสอร์ท เมืองโบราณ สมุทรปราการ
