College of Communication Arts, led by Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamongkol, Head of the Office, along with Ms. Chanaporn Saranuwat, Acting Head of General Administration and administrative personnel, attended a workshop on the topic of Category 5 Personnel “Detailed Analysis of Strength & OFI and Related Outcome Categories), Prioritizing Matters That Need to Be Improved, Recommending Improvement Guidelines by Using Quality Work Process (QWP) to Elevate SSRU Development” at the institutional level for the academic year 2024 to drive the education quality assurance system according to the education quality criteria (EdPex) on February 28, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Audiovisual Conference Room, Building 33, 4th Floor.
