Workpoint Online currently has 17 employees across the entire workflow. Editor M stated that the essential skills he seeks are individuals who are proactive, know what they want to achieve, and are willing to discuss and implement their ideas. He emphasizes the importance of having students who are courageous enough to raise their hand and propose how to develop assigned projects.
