The College of Communication Arts organized a practical training project to prepare for the assessment of teachers' competencies according to the Thailand PSF standards.

The College of Communication Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, set up this online training via Google Meet to apply for the evaluation of faculty competencies based on the Higher Education Qualification Standards (Thailand Professional Standards Framework: Thailand PSF). The aim was to promote knowledge, understanding, and readiness for faculty members to develop competencies according to higher education professional teaching standards (July 20, 2023). The project was officially opened by Assistant Professor Kanphas U-taphaeo, Dean of the College of Communication Arts, along with administrators and faculty members who fully participated in the training.

???? In this training session, we were honored to have Assistant Professor Dr. Sirinthorn Sinjindawong, Director of the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) and a faculty member at the Graduate College of Management, Sripatum University, as the instructor. She shared her knowledge about the Thailand PSF standards framework, approaches to planning faculty competency development, preparing work and supporting evidence for evaluation, as well as tips for systematically getting ready for the assessment.
???? Participants in this training exchanged opinions, asked questions, and received guidance from the instructor to apply in their personal development and prepare effectively for faculty competency evaluation according to the Thailand PSF standards.
