College of Communication Arts Prepares Personnel for Teacher Competency Assessment According to Higher Education Qualification Standards Lecturer, Thailand PSF Level 3 certified instructor The College of Communication Arts organized a workshop based on the professional standards framework to prepare educational personnel for teacher competency assessment according to higher education qualification standards (Thailand PSF) on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Assistant Professor Kanphat Utapao, Dean, presided over the opening ceremony. The event was also honored by Associate Professor Dr. Ekanarin Bangthamai, Director of the Educational Innovation Center, Silpakorn University (Thailand PSF Level 3, Teachers Who Create Quality Teachers in the Organization), who came to give a lecture in Classroom 402, 4th Floor, College of Communication Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus.
