Step 1: Submitting the Community Service Document Set. Upload your community service file (PDF file, maximum 10 MB) (click the link below). **Use your university email.
** Go to the Menu > Returning Borrowers Advancing to the Next Academic Year
> Click the Download Community Service Form 2026 (Returning Borrowers Advancing to the Next Academic Year) button
> Click the Submit Community Service File 2026 (Returning Borrowers Advancing to the Next Academic Year) button. Once the community service file has been successfully submitted, you can track the submission status and see the results of the 2026 community service submission for returning borrowers advancing to the next academic year by clicking the "Announcement of Community Service Submission Results 2026 (Returning Borrowers Advancing to the Next Academic Year)" button.
*Results will be announced starting April 30th onwards.* Document submission period: April 20th - June 30th, 2026.
Step 2: Prepare the Supporting Documents for the Loan Application. Download the supporting documents for the loan application (click the link below). Further details will be announced approximately... Early May 2026
