????Publicity for Applications for Educational Subsidies for Students with Disabilities for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026
The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, has established a project to provide educational subsidies for students with disabilities at the diploma and bachelor's degree levels, in accordance with the announcement of the Committee for the Promotion of Education for Persons with Disabilities regarding the rates and items eligible for educational subsidies for persons with disabilities in higher education.
All students with disabilities in every year of study who wish to apply for the educational subsidy for the first semester of Academic Year 2026 should submit the following:
1) Complete the application form expressing the intention to receive the educational subsidy for students with disabilities                    

2) 1 copy of the disability identification card (certified as a true copy)                                                  

3) 1 copy of the national identification card (certified as a true copy)                                                   

4) The tuition fee receipt for the first semester of Academic Year 2026     Original copy only. If it is a payment notification, the student with a disability must also certify it as a true copy.
