The executives of the College of Communication Arts attended the 'Matichon X AIS Forum 2026: Innovation Changes Thailand' event.

The executives of the College of Communication Arts attended the "Matichon X AIS Forum 2026: Innovation Changes Thailand" at Pullman King Power Hotel Bangkok to listen to visions and follow the progress of the country's infrastructure-level innovations. The event featured a special keynote speech by the Minister of Higher Education, Professor Dr. Yotchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, titled "Innovation Changes Thailand."

The event is a collaboration between the public and private sectors to restructure and manage government and private organizations, including the BOI Secretary-General, the President of the Federation of Thai Industries, the Director of the National Innovation Agency (NIA), Matichon, and AIS technology leaders.

????Especially in the seminar topics of Digital Infrastructure, AI, and advanced technology, which are important for developing curriculum and creating communication professionals with innovative skills to meet future industry demands.
????The event also showcases country-changing innovations, such as the application of space and geospatial technology from GISTDA and autonomous underwater exploration vehicles from Rovula, as well as economic development through intellectual property work.
????On the occasion of Matichon entering its 49th year, with the first seminar held on January 28 on the topic 'Thailand Blooming 2026: Awakening Thailand's Future,' it’s a great opportunity for everyone to communicate to society and envision the future of the country together.

????Assistant Professor Kanphat Utaphao spoke about the importance of participating in this event, saying, "As an educational institution that trains communication professionals, understanding the country's innovation strategies is extremely important. This allows us to lay a foundation for teaching that effectively connects technology and communication.
????Moreover, the College of Communication Arts remains committed to building networks with leading organizations to elevate education standards and encourage students to participate in driving Thailand towards becoming an 'innovation nation' according to the direction of the government and the private sector.
