The Faculty of Communication Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in a ceremony to commemorate His Majesty the King's benevolence on "King Bhumibol Adulyadej's Birthday" in 2026.
Assistant Professor Dr. Suwimol Apaphol, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, representing the Dean of the Faculty of Communication Arts, along with faculty members and students, participated in the Buddhist chanting ceremony and alms-giving to commemorate King Bhumibol Adulyadej's Birthday on October 9, 2026, at 7:00 AM at the auditorium on the 2nd floor of the Multipurpose Building and Food Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus.
The ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Dr. Kaenphet Saranonthawat, Vice President of the Nakhon Pathom Campus, along with administrators, faculty, staff, and students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The ceremony included lighting incense and candles to worship the Triple Gem and lighting incense and candles before His Majesty's portrait. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, the Supreme Patriarch. Following this, monks from Wat Mongkol Pracharam chanted Buddhist prayers, performed the Maha Bangsukul ceremony (offering of robes to monks), offered food and other necessities to the monks, and participated in a merit-making ceremony by offering alms to 10 monks in remembrance of His Majesty's immeasurable kindness.
