Research has revealed the problem of kratom addiction, often triggered by the phrase "Try kratom." Frequent use can lead to addiction without realizing it, and by the time one reflects on it, it's often too late. The Advertising and Marketing Communication Department, College of Communication Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in collaboration with the Wat Maklua community, Phutthamonthon Police Station, and the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Public Health Department, organized a training session on the dangers of kratom in the community. The event took place at the Wat Maklua Community Center, Village 4, on March 9, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Associate Professor Isaree Pairaoh, Head of the Advertising and Marketing Communication Department and project advisor for the Social Engineering project, oversaw this initiative.
