Study in Communication Arts, EduKhet Craft Soda! The Research and Academic Services Division, College of Communication Arts, led by Assistant Professor Thanit Phrukthara, Deputy Dean for Research, along with students in the field of Advertising and Marketing Communication, organized a project to develop parsley into a health drink by processing local herbs to have high value and generate income for the community. The project was held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the CCA Digital Learning Center, 3rd floor, College of Communication Arts Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus. Assistant Professor Kanphat Utapao, Dean, presided over the opening ceremony of the project and joined the workshop on making Sato and craft soda using ingredients from the Khlong Yong community, which is parsley. In addition, there were also distributions of production recipes, various ingredients, steps for preparing equipment, and product development with beautiful packaging so that the Khlong Yong community can use them to create value and generate additional income. In this project, in addition to the Khlong Yong community participating in the activities, there were also personnel from the Nakhon Pathom Campus Office and personnel from the Department of Sports Science and Health who were interested in joining the workshop this time.
