Asst. Prof. Dr. Suwimol Apaphol, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, College of Communication Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, assigned Dr. Supaporn Prajongjai, Head of the College of Communication Arts Office, and Mr. Narucha Naraphong, Student Affairs Officer, to lead students from the College of Communication Arts Student Club to participate in an educational field trip based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, fostering “New Generation Global Citizens Concerned with Society,” focusing on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the Baan Khong Pho Sufficiency Economy Learning Center in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This activity aimed to promote learning outside the classroom, providing students with opportunities to learn and practice the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy firsthand, coupled with the integration of knowledge on sustainable development. This fostered life skills, social responsibility, and the development of quality global citizens. The activity was linked to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 4: Quality Education through Experiential Learning and Skills Development; SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities through Community Learning and Local Wisdom; and SDG 12: Sustainable Production and Consumption. Through the Sufficiency Economy concept and SDG 13: Climate Change Adaptation, by recognizing the value of resource utilization.
